Job Title: Sales Representative 

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Executing outbound sales strategies to bring new business accounts to our independent pharmacy division.
  • Qualifying leads, prospecting, cold contacting, setting appointments, presenting products, generating revenue, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Building relationships to instill confidence and be perceived as a trusted advisor with our customers who order daily from a company like ours.
  • Using our cutting-edge technologies to articulate value and drive company revenue.
  • Contacting customers with the cadence to serve as an extension of their buying team, sharing industry information and opportunities to increase profitability on generic pharmaceuticals, over the counter and other pharmacy products.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Communicates with customers and prospects utilizing assigned leads to share the value we offer and how we differ from our competitors.
  • Informs current and prospective customers of promotions, negotiates favorable pricing, understanding their supply chain and sharing industry news.
  • Using our innovative software to secure and place orders by phone; in addition, encouraging online and electronic orders.
  • Achieves budget goals and basic performance metrics by creating interest in working with our company.
  • Conducts out-bound calls to partner with pharmacies to grow company revenues and deepen relationships with your customer base.
  • Keeps abreast of changes in the industry and maintains a working knowledge of drug names.
  • Communicates and engages effectively with those of diverse backgrounds to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Responds to queries, solicit further sales and deliver moments of magic.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending continuing training sessions and career development opportunities.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales Experience a must.
  • Passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

3. Warehouse Associate

Location: Orlando, FL
Assist with pharmaceutical order fulfillment and compliance-driven logistics. Prior experience in pharmaceutical warehousing is preferred.

Job Description:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse while adhering to compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and updates.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Background check according to State laws and regulations. (required)
  • Drug tested. (required)

4. Purchasing Associate

Job Title: Purchasing Associate

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to support our daily procurement and inventory management operations. This role will play a vital part in negotiating with vendors, replenishing stock, assisting sales representatives, and maintaining an efficient and compliant supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily purchasing of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and related products.

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing, terms, and reliable supply agreements.

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand and sales goals.

  • Replenish and maintain accurate inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.

  • Coordinate drug distribution and ensure proper documentation for compliance with industry standards.

  • Liaise with vendors to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Support the purchasing and compliance teams to ensure all procurement activities meet DSCSA and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and maintaining supplier and inventory records.

  • Proactively identify and address potential supply chain or product availability issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical supply industry (not required).

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and DSCSA regulations is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Orlando, FL.
